Dr. Graylin Stargell will be discussing: The Keirsey Temperment

A retired chief officer from Shaker Heights Fire & EMS in Shaker Heights, Ohio. He has more than 30 years of experience in the fire service industry. Currently, Chief Stargell is the owner and principal consultant of Argosy Leadership Group, LLC. In addition to leadership, management, and succession planning skills training, Argosy Leadership Group consultants provide instruction in assessment center development and executive level preparation for corporate, academic, fire service, and law enforcement professionals. Chief Stargell holds a bachelor’s in organizational leadership, a master’s in strategic leadership, and his doctoral concentration is in executive leadership. In addition, he is an adjunct instructor at Akron University, Bowling Green State University Fire School, and an approved instructor at the National Fire Academy (NFA) Executive Fire Officer (EFO) program. Chief Stargell has extensive experience in promotional assessment test development, preparation and serving as an assessor over 100 times for metropolitan fire and police departments.
